CHARACTER SUMMARY

Levy is a sinner whose threat has been determined to be A-rank. The world that he lives in has been broken down to pretty much only be one liveable city. He was a businessman in the East District which was the most technological advanced portion. Running several businesses, he made several friends and many more enemies. Thankfully, the amount of friends he has outnumbers the other. But that's mostly because he drives all his enemies to ruin. Due to his nature, he's been given the alignment of GREED. But he does his best to hide his vindictive, petty nature; he likes to be seen as a fun, empty-headed kind of person. He enjoys irritating people but has a lot more fun doing what he can to make friends. Friendship is something he greatly enjoys cultivating because cultivated friends are those that can be later exploited - with the caveat that they can also exploit him.

It isn't like someone is around him and they start to go crazy, but he has to actively be using his Mania to cause it. He has great control over his Mania, however, since MBCC never even knew that he was a Sinner until just recently. And that is because he was outted by an S-Rank Sinner.

As mentioned, Levy has the means to drive people to a brief moment of insanity just being around him while he's using his Mania specifically to drive people insane. It really is just giving into heightened emotions at that time - violence, fear, what-have-you. Unlike S-Rank Sinners, he can't affect a city block. A person has to be in his immediate vicinity for it to work. Once they leave his area of influence, the insanity will fade away, too.

This isn't something that I plan really to have him do that much since he has control over his emotions and his Mania. But! If there is a chance that it might come up, or it seems like it'd be fun - I thought I'd throw down a permissions for those that'd like to experience it and go ham!
